Rising mill is a fully integrated producer of a wide range of special tool steels. Our standard steel are made by advanced equipments which include high powered Electric Arc Furnace with subsequent state of Ladle Refining Furnace and Vacuum Degassing.

However, Rising is only offering quality steels.

ESR(Electro-Slag Remelting), a unique combination of toughness, corrossion resistance and the ability to reach uniform hardness levels throughout large cross sections. Risings ESR is a very pure material, with a minimum of inclusions. Purity is a requirement to be able to achieve the desired surface finish, it also contributes to better toughness.

To ensure the steel has an uniform and extra fine struction free of micro segregation and banding, Rising is supplying material in EFS(Extra Fine Structure) annealed condition.

Our steel making expertise and capability is further enhanced to develop special material characteristics of product uniformity, cleanliness, machinability polishability, strength, toughness, hardenability and other steel properties. All this from production facilities certified to ISO 9001.
