H10 Hot Work Tool Steel is a chromium-molybdenum hot work steel.
It exhibits excellent resistance to softening at elevated temperature.
Very resistant to thermal fatigue cracking (heat checking).
It can be water cooled in service.
APPLICATIONS:
H10 hot work tool steel is recommended for difficult hot work tooling applications such as hot punches, die casting dies, forging dies, hot shear blades, hot gripper dies, and extrusion tooling.
